In Short - 4 Reception Rooms, ample garaging and parking, double bedrooms, downstairs WC.

The Cedars stands on the site where once stood the original thatched cottage, known as "The Field". The cottage was one of many houses and farms in Harborough Magna and Easenhall of which were sold by Sir Grey Humberston D'Estotville Skipworth in 1919.

"The Field" became the property of Theophilus William Hall, who had previously rented the home for £6,10 shillings per year. The cottage was owned by the same family until it was demolished on 1965.

We now present its; current dwelling...."The Cedars".

The Cedars was constructed by WH Colt Son & Co pf Betherston, Kent, who continues to produce homes in the present day.

The Cedars was purchased in 1986 by Mr/s Brady and was enjoyed by their 4 children until this very day.

The main thing that attracted them to the home was the idyllic setting...nestled amongst farmers fields but located withing a village which has a real sense of community. The openness which is offered by the home gives a real sense of secluded and country-living, without the reality of being remote.
