How much can you earn?
Our Partner Agents earn 70% of the fee, so by selling 4 properties per month (just one a week) with an average fee of just £3,000 you will personally earn over £100,000 per year. Earnings are uncapped and we have Agents dealing with more expensive homes, charging higher fees and earning significantly more than this.
What you do:
Partner Agents can focus on the four main income producing tasks which are, Prospecting, Listing Properties, Selling Properties and Negotiating offers, which is what most Agents enjoy doing and are good at.
What we do:
Our role is to take care of pretty much everything else like administration, dealing with calls, booking appointments, marketing, sales progression and all the other stuff that Agents either don’t like to do or are not good at doing. We will provide you with all the tools, support and help you need to be a successful estate agent, earn a great income and enjoy a better work/life balance.
