My name is Catherine and I have a wealth of experience when it comes to the legal process of purchasing and selling your home. I work closely with solicitors and other professionals from when the property is sold to when keys are handed over to the buyer and I am dedicated to ensuring that the process is smooth and stress free.

Not all estate agents have a dedicated person or team to handle their sales progressions but here at Newmans we are not just your traditional agent we pride ourselves in putting you and your home first.

It is nice to get out of bed in the morning and not feel like you are going to work as I really enjoy my work and have a passion to help people which not a lot of people can say.

Catherine is an amazing person, very professional and helpful. She is the reason we managed to move to a new house on the arranged date, despite many problems from the seller's solicitor. She is organised and on the task and made it happen even if hardly anyone believed it's possible. She is always happy to answer every question and give advice. Catherine dealt with the seller, seller's solicitor and pushed the process, which took only 10 weeks. We are very grateful as without her the whole process of buying the house would be a nightmare. Catherine has been amazing in helping to complete this sale for me, she has liaised quickly and efficiently with whomever and whenever I have asked or needed support.

There was even a point where she had to courier a document up north and she drove to meet me to prepare the document so I didn't have any further stress.
