With over 15 years recruitment experience, I oversee the recruitment of all our Partner Agents and Mortgage Advisors across the Midlands and North London. I have run my own business for over 4 years, and have a wealth of prior experience with both boutique & multinational recruitment firms and have spent many years working in-house, attracting talent directly for employers. Here I deal with all inbound recruitment enquiries, as well as the on-boarding process and any ongoing support required by our Agents. I also proactively approach Agents to join the Newmans family via online advertising, social media and CV searching. We have a strong recruitment process that has been designed to make sure that all potential Agents get the full picture of how we operate and that they have access to all the information they need before deciding on a career with Newmans -I am here to go through this process with you. Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible with my wife and 2 step-children. I play football at least 2 or 3 times a week and follow Chelsea FC closely!
