'I had the pleasure and luck to have randomly picked Ms Linda when I was looking to purchase my current home. Prior to her. I had actually met several other agents and no one was willing to meet my conditions, let alone my criteria. I had pretty specific needs due to family concerns. Almost all the rest were more concerned about bringing me to see units which they are trying to 'sell' rather than meeting my needs. After briefly meeting her for the first time, for her to understand my needs, she did the ground work and recommended me several units which fit my criteria. Unfortunately, wifey and me did not really like the units. It is usually at this point where I start getting 'ghosted' by other agents. However it's different for her. She stuck to it. She eventually found a unit which she thought (correctly) suited my needs. I was very skeptical initially as a brief online search of the unit DID NOT IMPRESS me. She convinced me to take a look as she was sure it's was what I am looking for. I'm now happily staying at my home. If you ask me. The very best thing about her is she sticks around. After the purchase, I had major issues with the previous owner. She fixed the issue even though I had actually transacted months ago. Not many people I know can say that about their realtor. She is competent and dedicated, knowledgeable about the market. You won't go wrong picking her as your realtor. - Jason Tan
