I am so thrilled to be returning to the property industry, it’s really where I feel the most fulfilled. My clients like me because I approach everything with a sense of compassion & kindness. I go above & beyond & have made many friends through my work.

I am an excellent negotiator as well as having strong design skills which I use to help buyers imagine a property as their own. This design and vision input really helps my buyers see the potential and value of a property, resulting in more sales and happier buyers. I’ve worked in medical devices & also have a design background. This has given me a range of skills from home staging to insights profiling for negotiations.

I excel in using social media and use the many platforms to advertise and connect with potential buyers and sellers. I can confidently say my approach is unique & have broken many ceiling prices in my property work but have always had happy buyers alongside. If I were a developer in Solihull, it would be very savvy to work with me. I can design consult on projects from demo through to listing. The reason for that is I know industry trends ahead of them being on the market & that creates a better demand at listing stage.

This is in my blood and it’s what I have been raised around, my grandfather was an architect in Solihull & was the founding Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.
