Since starting at Newmans, I have been very grateful to of had great opportunities that have enabled me to craft my skill in estate agency. I understand what it takes to provide the best experience for my clients and I am committed to creating that for them. Coventry is a place I am proud to call home and I am a huge advocate of the city. Growing up here has helped me to develop a wide variety of knowledge about the inner and surrounding areas of the city and this knowledge can be a pivotal tool when negotiating to get the best price for my clients. When I first contacted Jordan to come out to do the valuation for my house the only day that was suitable for me was Jordan's day off. He agreed to come out, albeit in his dress down clothes, and that made me think that he would go the extra mile in selling my house. I wasn't wrong. Never having sold a house before I had quite a few questions, and every time I rang Jordan if he didn't answer his phone he called me back in less than 30 minutes. We decided to sell by an open house and 28 viewings and 7 offers later I am now well on my way to moving out. I have already had conversations about completion dates and it could potentially be as little as 7 weeks after accepting the offer. Would highly recommend Jordan and when we come round to selling my husbands house, Jordan will be top of my list.
