Newman Sales & Lettings business have moved away from the traditional UK estate agency model of employing staff. We have moved towards the model used in most other parts of the world including USA, Australia & South Africa. Our self-employed ‘Associates’ work under a company brand and run their own business.

 

What is the Associate model?

 

This is an exciting opportunity to be your own boss and run your own business with the support of a recognised, professional brand. Newman sales & lettings provide all the back office support, administration, marketing etc. leaving the Associate to focus on the key earning areas of listing and selling of homes. The Associate model provides a low cost and low risk entry to a business, which provides excellent financial rewards with OTE £50K TO £70K.
