As a Property Rental Advisor your responsibilities would include: developing relationships with potential tenants and assisting them with finding a new home, including viewings as well as seeking out new business opportunities through promoting our services with prospective landlords and valuing properties for rental purposes.
Newman Lettings services offer training, mentoring and a grat team environment. Whilst previous lettings experience is of benefit, we are willing to train the right person.

Are you wanting that foot into the Estate Agency profession? Due to the growth of our Lettings Division, we have an opportunity for a Trainee to join our Lettings team.
Although a junior role, we seek to provide the opportunity to learn whilst working with the Lettings team across all areas. Your role will be diverse and include administration, supporting in the management of tenancy reference checking, systems, mail, advertising and website, answering the phone and report preparation.
The ideal applicant will have; good attention to detail, IT skills including web, word and excel. A fluid role, which will include client liaison and general support to the team as required, needs someone who has a flexible appraoch and a desire to learn and provide a good level of service.
