2008 Launched new city centre office in Station Square Coventry directly opposite the train station, launched new stand-alone Fine & Country office in Solihull. Won several national awards including Training & Development, Customer Service.

2007 Won several national awards including Training & Development, Customer Service, Marketing & Residential Lettings

2006/2005 Launched new flagship office on Euston Place, Leamington Spa. Launched stand-alone Fine & Country office on The Parade, Leamington Spa. Won a national award for Financial Services. Mark & Lorna Kermode launched as our first Franchise owners in the town of Southam, Warwickshire.Newman Mortgage Services evolved into a partnership with MAB the countries no.1 financial services broker.

2004 Expanded operations into Leamington Spa launching our first office on The Parade. Won several national awards including Best Estate Agents in the UK, Best Small Estate Agent, Best Letting Agent. Launched our first Auction.

2003 Launched our first stand-alone Fine & Country office on Regent Street, Rugby. Relocated our Coventry operation to Siskin Drive, a revolutionary step away from the High Street.

2002 Won Business of the Year at the Rugby Business Awards. Launched Newman Conveyancing

2000/1999 Expanded our operation into the neighbouring city of Coventry with an office on Warwick Row.Won the Cendant Cup

1997 Relocated to larger premises 1 Regent Street with the acquisition of the old Lennards shoe shop.

1992 Launched Newman Residential Lettings

1991 Launched Newman Mortgage Services

1990 Relocated to larger premises on Regent Street, Rugby enabling the expansion of the business to other sectors within the industry.
